Data controller

3BFEST (organizer: [Festival organization name]) is the data controller for information collected through this site. For any question about personal data, write to privacy@3bfest.ro.

What data we collect

The site does not require an account to browse. We may collect data in the following cases, only with your consent:

• Anonymized usage data (Google Analytics 4): pages visited, visit duration, device, approximate location.
• Marketing data (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel): to show you relevant festival ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Email: only if you subscribe to the newsletter, to send you festival announcements.

Ticket payment happens exclusively on iaBilet.ro. 3bfest.ro does not collect or store payment data. For iaBilet's policy, see their terms.

Cookies and tracking pixels

We use Google Tag Manager as orchestrator. Through GTM, after consent, we activate:

• Google Analytics 4 (analytics)
• Meta Pixel — Facebook / Instagram (marketing)
• TikTok Pixel (marketing)

Under EU Regulation 2016/679 you have the following rights:

• Access your personal data

Data retention

Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months in Google Analytics. Marketing data (Meta, TikTok) follows the respective platforms' policies. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
