PLACEHOLDER. Implant Pentru Refuz is one of the longest-running Romanian alternative rock bands, formed in Timisoara in 1995. Their poetic lyrics and distinct sound have made IPR a reference name. At 3BFEST 2026 they take the main stage on Saturday June 20 at 23:45, in a 45-minute set built for old and new fans.
